Here is a move to help you get those thighs ready!<\/p>\n<p>Known as the <em>D<\/em><i>iamond Thigh <\/i>it promises to\u00a0lengthen and slim the legs !\u00a0Fitness guru Jenn Lacy, ( of LAs&#8217; The Bar Method&#8217;s Silverlake Studio) says this Ballet move can change the body significantly: &#8220;<i>In diamond thigh, your legs are turned out, and there is a slight grip of your glutes. This position creates a stretch in your inner thighs and a sculpt in your outer glutes, all while working your quads in a lengthening and leaning way.&#8221;\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that this move is meant to create strength and length!<\/p>\n<p><b>How to practice &#8216;diamond thigh&#8217; anywhere:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.naturalskincare.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/image8.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-493 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.naturalskincare.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/image8.jpeg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"236\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.naturalskincare.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/image8.jpeg 236w, https:\/\/www.naturalskincare.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/image8-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a><\/b> 1. Place one hand on your hip, and the other near waist height on a bar or chair for balance.<br \/>\n2. Place your feet in a wide \u201cV\u201d shape, with your heels together and toes apart.<br \/>\n3. Raise your heels so you are standing on the balls of your feet and bring your heels to meet each other and squeeze your glutes.<br \/>\n4. Bend your knees, while tracking your knees over your toes in a natural turn out. Come down to your lowest challenge point and pulse down in counts of 10.<br \/>\n5. Shaking is where the magic happens, so make the highest point in your pulse a place where the legs still tremble with little release.<br \/>\n6.
