We all want nice hands, and love to paint our nails (using a toxic free brand<\/em> I stress – try Benecos Nail<\/a>\u00a0Polish\u00a0for trendy colours). We also know that it can be difficult to prevent them from looking aged.<\/p>\n

\"image\"<\/a>I recently read an Interview<\/a>\u00a0about a world famous<\/em> hand model <\/b>Adele Uddo (who incidentally I think kinda looks like Cindy Crawford) that caught my attention and I just had to share!!<\/p>\n

Here are some of her tips to keeping her hands in tip-top model<\/i> shape!<\/p>\n

Firstly I was delighted\u00a0to read that she uses an all natural lotion which she herself has concocted\u00a0from natural<\/em> ingredients and is\u00a0launching it to market soon. Can’t wait to try this!!<\/p>\n

  1. She does not fully dry her hands because it\u2019s better to moisturise while skin is still damp (she does this frequently through out the day).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. She is also a fan of \u00a0Weleda Skin Foo<\/a>d (as is singer Adele, Victoria Beckham, Alexis Chung) and liberally applies this to her hands.<\/p>\n

    \"image\"<\/a>3. She avoids acrylics and gels \u201ctoo drying\u201d – we agree \u00a0(and so toxic too!)<\/p>\n

    4. Her nail shape of choice: oval or almond, because squared tips are prone to jagged edges and breakage. For\u00a0improved nail appearance try Burts Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream<\/a>, or \u00a0Viridian’s Nail Oil<\/a>\u00a0a blend of\u00a0organically-grown, soothing waxes, essential oils and botanical extracts\u00a0that\u00a0strengthen and supports healthy growth.<\/p>\n

    5. She also moisturises her hands using a concoction of coconut and vitamin E oils mixed with shea and jojoba butters. Until her special blend comes to market\u00a0I recommend trying Burts Bees\u00a0<\/span>Almond Milk Hand Cream<\/a>\u00a0-smells divine and literally reverses ageing right before your eyes!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    6.\u00a0Dr Bronner Peppermint Soap<\/a>\u00a0is also part of her hand care regime (I nod in approval).<\/p>\n

    Like me\u00a0Adele\u00a0is also a fan of natural lip balms \u00a0and sometimes just uses olive oil or coconut butter. \u201cI feel more comfortable personally when I know I can eat a product,\u201d she said. I couldn’t agree more!<\/p>\n

    This advice comes from a lady who has a pair of the most beautiful hands in the world! Thanks Adele.<\/p>\n
