Postage

Christmas Delivery deadline now passed.

Standard postage and packaging charges for Ireland (North and South) are €4.95 for orders below €45 and FREE for orders above €45. We use Fastway couriers. However, you can choose to use An Post courier express post for deliveries for €5.95 or free for orders over €55.

For all UK deliveries (excluding Northern Ireland), standard postage & packaging charges apply of €7.95 for all orders. 

For all other EU countries shipping is by courier and the charge is €15 as long as the weight doesn't exceed 1kg - we will advise you by email if this is the case.

The courier rate is €25 for all other countries in the world as long as the weight doesn't exceed 1kg - we will advise you by email if this is the case.

Items for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally,  You ( the buyer) are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.naturalskincare.ie, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:

When ordering from www.naturalskincare.ie the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the EU  may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. In the event that Customs seizes your order it is up to the recipient to negotiate with customs to release their package. 

Delivery

All goods in stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Very occasionally some products may be out of stock and if this is the case, customers who order out of stock goods will be notified of their availability and expected dispatch date by e-mail or SMS.

All deliveries within Ireland are by An Post courier express post and outside Ireland by An Post registered post. Naturalskincare.ie dispatches all products in appropriate and safe packaging and cannot be held responsible for damages, loss, theft or accidents that occur after goods have left our premises, in transit or on delivery.
