Bergamot oil 5m - citrus bergamia

Extracted from a citrus fruit grown in the Mediterranean region, with a floral citrus odour, it is both sedative and uplifting by nature.

This fresh smelling essential oil is a favorite in aromatherapy as it is magnificant for creating a relaxed and happy feeling. It can relieve urinary tract infections, help boost the liver, spleen and stomach. Excellent when fighting oily skin, acne, psoriasis, eczema, as well as cold sores. It is also reputedly helpful for those with eating disorders.

It makes a pleasing bath oil.
