Application: 

• Tip: The more and thicker the brush strokes, the fuller the effect. For added definition, fill in any sparse areas with an eyebrow pencil. 
• Apply a small amount of the powder to the brows with the brush using short, smooth brushstrokes.
• If one application fails to achieve the desired intensity of colour, apply a second layer.
