• Quest Cal-Mag is a balanced combination of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D which are key minerals for the normal function of bone and muscle function and for teeth. Calcium and magnesium are also important for the nervous system. The calcium and magnesium is combined with amino acids for optimum absorption and utilisation. 
• As a food supplement take one or two tablets per day with food. Swallow with water.
