Basic face mask

Fine green clay: 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil: 1 teaspoon Still mineral water: 1/2 cup Sandalwood Essential oil: 3 drops

Pour the mineral water into a cup, add the Olive oil and stir. Keep stirring as you add the the essential oil and the Clay, a small amount at a time. Mix vigorously until you get a smooth and shiny cream. If you prefer a thicker mask, add a little more clay. If you prefer a softer mask, add a little water. Spread the mask on your face and forehead, leave it on for 10 minutes. You can then remove it using a sponge damped in warm water.

Bath:

Add  three or four handfuls of fine Clayto a warm bath. The Clay is added to hot water  will disperse spontaneously. While you are bathing, the movement of your arms and legs will be sufficient to keep the Clay in suspension. Add 7 drops of  Sandalwood  Essential oil. Bathing with clay does not dirty your skin, so it is best not to rinse yourself when you get out of the bath.
