Milk Thistle is a large plant with glossy, green, spiky leaves bearing conspicuous white veins. The flowers are large and purple. Milk Thistle seeds have a long history of medicinal use. It was previously used for its bitter properties, but more recently it has been recognised as an excellent remedy for liver complaints.

Ingredients

Contains the tinctures of fresh Cynara scolymus* (Artichoke) leaves 46%, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) dried fruit 32%, fresh Taraxacum officinalis* (Dandelion) herb and root 12%, Peumus boldus (Boldo) dried leaf 7% and fresh Mentha piperita* (Peppermint) leaves 3%. Alcohol content: 62% v/v
* Organically grown.

Directions for use

Adults: 15 to 20 drops twice a daily, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

Medical opinion should be sought when acute or chronic liver conditions are present.
